To prove how much confidence we have in our products and the value they provide to you, we are offering a 90-day money-back guarantee that begins only when you receive the product. Please note that if the returned item has no return form, we will not process any refunds. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

All you have to do is send us an email at support@premium-health.co within 90 days of the delivery date so that we can give you the return authorization form. Please note that if the returned item has no return form, we will not process any refunds

Please take note of the following when returning the item:
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must be in perfect or in like new condition

Additional things to take note: Make sure that the item is in the same condition as they received: Packaging is not torn or scratched, No bugs inside, and the unit is clean (wipe away all stains and make sure there are no scratches), and the plug is complete inside. Make sure to include the Return Authorization Form on any returns. Any condition failed means a full refund will not be processed.

Once the item is received, our warehouse quality-check your item. Please take note that our warehouse checks all of the returned items on a weekly basis so rest assured that your refund will be processed as soon as our warehouse checked the item. On the other hand, if our warehouse deemed that the returned item is damaged, one of our support team will reach out to you immediately.

Consumable items may be returned/refunded provided they are in their original packaging, unopened, and sealed
